What happens after you get in touch
I reply within one working day, usually the same day. The first conversation is a short call to understand what you need, with no obligation and no sales pressure.
You do not need to have everything worked out before getting in touch. Plenty of the businesses I work with start the conversation knowing only that the current website is not producing enquiries. Working out what would actually help is part of the job, and it is a conversation rather than a form you have to complete correctly.
It is genuinely useful if you can tell me roughly what you want to spend, even as a range. It is not a negotiating position, it lets me tell you honestly what is achievable at that level and whether you would be better putting the money somewhere else entirely. I have talked businesses out of a new website and into a Google Business Profile fix more than once.
If you would rather talk than type, call or send a WhatsApp message. During working hours you will usually get someone straight away, and it is often quicker than exchanging emails for two days to arrange a call.

A short call
Fifteen to thirty minutes to understand your business, what the site needs to do and roughly what you want to spend. No presentation, no pitch deck, just questions.
A written quote
You get a fixed price and a clear scope in writing, normally within two working days of the call. It sets out exactly what is included so nothing is ambiguous later.
You decide, in your own time
I do not chase, and I do not use expiring discounts. If the timing is wrong, say so and I will leave you alone until it is right.
