Accessibility

Accessibility statement

This statement covers www.webowsdesign.co.uk. I want the site to be usable by everyone, including people using a screen reader, a keyboard on its own, or a magnified display.

0

violations found at levels A and AA, via automated testing with axe-core across 13 pages, at 1440px and 390px, as of 11 August 2026.

What that does and does not mean

Automated testing catches roughly a third of accessibility problems. It can tell you that a colour combination fails or that an image has no description. It cannot tell you whether that description is any good, whether the reading order makes sense, or whether a form is genuinely usable with a screen reader.

So this is an honest report of what I have tested, not a certificate. I have not commissioned an independent audit, and I would rather say so than imply one.

What I have done

Known problems

I am not aware of any outstanding accessibility problems at the moment. That is not the same as there being none. If you find something, it is a bug and I will fix it.

Telling me about a problem

If any part of this site is difficult to use, email me through the contact page or call 01634 984929. Tell me the page and what happened, and I will come back to you within two working days.

If you need something on this site in a different format, ask and I will provide it.

How I tested

Testing was carried out using axe-core run against 13 representative pages, at desktop and mobile widths, with reduced motion enabled so content is measured in its settled state. Contrast ratios were calculated directly from the design tokens rather than sampled from screenshots.
